Two days ago, I listened to the floss weekly podcast about the fossil version control system. What really stood out was how compact and small it was even though it included a web interface, ticketing system and wiki all rolled into one executable and was only a few megabytes in size. I thought "raspberrypi" almost immediately. So... I setup one of rasberry pis with the fossile executable and started playing with it. I love it so far. I imagine it would be very hard to get the people at work to switch over especially after getting them to switch from cvs to git so I will probably just use it for personal stuff. Usage is very similar to git as far as the commands go. I still have to figure out how to use a remote repository but that shouldn't be too difficult.
